This past week the fishing was a little more challenging than last week. Brown trout fishing has been a lot tougher after all of the South and East winds we received. Temps moved up 30-60' in the water column making the trout spooky. We are still managing to take our fair share. Plus we have been taking some real beauties too!Salmon fishing has been hit or miss the last week, with the best catches coming from 9-14 miles from port. But we have found some days nice concentrations in 150-250'.

Best baits for the trout have been Michigan Stingers in standard and stingray sizes. Colors-Chicken wing, Frogs, Grn Wiggler, On the Lam, Carmel Dolphin, and Neon Gator

Kings have been favoring flasher fly combos but spoons have been taking fish.

Colors- Spoons- Blue whale, Chart. Gator, Neon Gator

Flasher Flies- Mt. Dew / Pro Am Live, Davie Jones / Pro Am, Wht. Grn dot / Glo B-Fly, Capt. Valium / B-fly
