I got to fish Friday and Saturday. All week it was cold and windy but there was a small warming trend with little wind on Friday and Saturday. The fish responded very well. Friday we caught 19 with best 5 22-23 lbs with big fish right at 5 lbs. Saturday was the best day catching a 6 lber on my first cast. We ended with 18 fish and best 5 27 lbs with big fish right at 7 and 2 more 6 lbers. We did best on the grass edges in 4-8ft with crankbaits, rattletraps, and jigs. The fishing should stay great this winter. I have dates open Dec. I am booking for 2011.
