Comments: Morning Report March 4th from Lake Baccarac Lodge: Excellent report from the Lodge this morning with all boats catching over 70 bass and Jimmy Manley landing 13.9 pound bass using a 8 inch Watermelon Lizzard....All seven boats reporting EXCELLENT bass fishing.

From Hal Clifford: Obviously, the best bass trip in Mexico in over 30 years of fishing down there. The two big bass were 11-8 and 10-11. I caught the 10-11 largemouth the first evening with Gil and Miguel using a black and blue jig with a black and blue fleck senko as a trailer. The 11-8 was hooked on a medium sized white fat free shad. The numbers of bass caught each day was amazing-over 100 fish per boat ranging up to 9 pounds. Gil and Denis caught 112 bass on Baccarac one morning! The big largemouth bass are starting to move and the bite is going to be great in the next couple of weeks. I hope to see you again soon.
