Wasilla, Alaska - Freshwater Fishing Report
Willow, Boot Lake

These fish are hungry. The entrance to the lake is boggy and a bit tricky. Once on the lake the fish are numerous. I was disappointed in the size. I was expecting fish around 20 inches. They seem to run closer to eighteen. They didn't seem to care what fly I used but they were swallowing them.
