East Walker Fishing Report by
Nicholas Lawton (8/16/2007)
[Eastern Sierra,CA] The East Walker is fishing well early mornings and late evenings but look for a change in the weather pattern to stabalize this fishery as the night time temperatures will drop the water temperatures in the Walker a few degrees and this is what we have been looking for. Good times are ahead!

Low Numbers Of Fish Spotted On Big Springs by
Tom Loe (2/23/2007)
[Eastern Sierra,CA] I scouted the areas recently and was a little dismayed at the low numbers of fish spotted on Big Springs and the Upper Owens River. Hot Creek was a different story in some locations, the East Walkers “trickle” flows are a crime in my opinion and I will not fish here with the current releases (22cfs).
