Capt. Tom DePersia of Bigfish II Charters reports great fishing on Stellwagen Bank this week. Giant Bluefin Tuna over 600 lbs to over 1,000 lbs. were taken on the bank this week. School tuna from 100 lbs. to 190 lbs. were trolled also.
Cod/Haddock trips were also excellant with Cod to over 40 lbs. and lots of Haddock, Pollack, Wolffish and Cusk taken on these trips also.Customers went home with lots of great eating white-meat fillets. Stiped bass/Bluefish trips produced limits of fish up to 25lbs.
No shark trips this week.
