Knew I was in trouble for the first day of Bass fishing when 17 outta the 20 customers that showed, were Rod rentals!!! Hit several area's to catch a keeper and some shorts. Cringed as I watched the people in the stern put their rods in the rod holders waiting for a bite! Tough to pass up jig fish in the AM, but I knew that would be a whole'nother disaster.....Hope the Sunday boys bring their A game tomorrow, your gonna need it...
Only wish I had stayed in Cape May 1 more day, I was relaxed and stress free. First day back, I'm ready for Valium!!!
Thanks to Bill Horne for his generous donation to SSFFF and for taking very good care of Rob and Chris from his winnings of the Big Fluke pool. Good luck on your first Tuna Trip Bill. Capt.ron
