Sandy Hook, New Jersey - Saltwater Fishing Report
Ocean

Very tough conditions today with the current running into the wind!! Not a good senerio for catching Bass. Had a slow one, one pick through the day. Some good size keepers and shorts. Tried drifting and only found a few that wanted to bite, went back on the anchor and toughed it out. Wind blew 30 after 12:00pm, swung like a barn door, horrible to say the least...Water temp. 59 today....May try a new area tomorrow if it blows out of the NW..Capt.ron
