captain mike 910-619-8509 topsail beach trout fishing has been prime since september 6th . the water is now to the right temp for the schools of fish to join together and feed. on the north side of topsail beach there are large schools of 15-18 in fish as to where the south side of the island seems to hold the big boys.the last of the fall and the begining of the rise are the prime time for these fish.another thing to look for is the clear water creeks,there not liking the muddy ones.tt-21 s ,gulp shrimp,swimbaits,crankbaits need to be in your tackle boxes!!
