This report is for Sat and Sun. The weather was great to fish in but the fish didn't get the memo to bite. Both trips were 6 hour trips fishing from mid morning to mid afternoon.Sat clients were wanting to learn about the lake so we moved around and fished different parts of the lake. We boated 6 best 5 around 18 lbs with 5 lb big fish. We had a lot of fish just slapping at the baits and coming unbuttoned. Caught all fish on crankbaits and trap in 4-8ft. Sunday had clients getting ready for a tournament. We fished a bunch of different areas humps, points, and flats and the fish just slapped at the bait all day. We would hook them for just a few cranks boating 2 with 3 lb biggest. The warm days helped out the water temp hopefully the next couple days won't drop it to much and fishing should turn on in the next couple weeks. All fish caught on crankbaits and trap in 4-8 ft.
