Early ice has been excellent for perch, walleye and northern pike. Early morning and late evening have been the best times for walleyes on sandy points and flooded timber. Best lures have been buckshots and rapalas tipped with a minnnow head.

Several good perch reports have been coming in across the lake and fihsing pressure is low so you can stay on top of a school for several days. Pike fishing remains to be excellent along the slooded timber and in the shallow bays. Pike from 3-15 lbs have been caught regularly using smelt or herring on tip ups.

We have some great 2 or 3 day packages that can be customized to fit your needs.
