As we've been saying for the last month or so the 2012 spring run on the Hudson River will begin about two weeks ahead of schedule.

Almost no winter to speak of and high spring Temp.Have brought the bait (herring) into the area and also some bass.

The fish we've been seeing although not in great numbers yet, are in 15 to 18 Lbs.Some on bait but the larger fish on deep running plugs. It's only going to get better
