My wife Christi has been want to get out fishing all weekend but didnt want to get up at 4 am. So I gave up on fishing monday morning and took her and my youngest daughter Antonia out sunday evening. We spent most of the day at the marina having a party with the rest of the dock and they all were asking for Bass for mondays party. So I put the pressure on my wife to catch them dinner. We hit the water at 7:30 pm and found a stiff ESE wind. It was alittle chilly but they got over it quick. Within 15 mins of having the bait in the water my daughter hooked up with a nice fish. This fish made a run that seem like it last forever. Then the fish pulled her all over the back of the boat. How this fish was landed Ill never know. It ended up being 40 inches 27 lbs and she fought it right up to the boat. Then Christi hooked into her cow. She handled it alot better than the young one. Hers ended up being 41 inches 25 lbs. As Im unhooking her fish my rod goes off But Christi beat me to it and landed another Nice one. 38 inches 23lbs. The action remained like this until about 10pm when we called it quits and left them biteing. The final for the night was 9 bass from 32 to 41 inches.
