Fishing Report Ucluelet BC July 23, 2016

Chinook (King) salmon fishing has been very good the past few days and there are some good sized Chinook salmon being caught. The weather has also been very good this past week making a very happy customers. We have mostly been fishing the Starfish north. The Chinook are ranging from 12-30lbs for the most part. The Coho fishing has been fairly sparse, but we have been hooking a few nice coho.

Halibut

Halibut fishing has been steady and we have been getting halibut on most side trips from the salmon grounds and of course catching them when we are focused on halibut.
