Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters continue to offer good opportunities for Wahoo. Sail fishing has been very erratic and the presence of Wahoo on many days continues to be a big plus. Pictured are angler Norm and 1st mate Brian with a freshly gaffed fish aboard Marlin My Darlin. A stellar year for the Wahoo here. Overall poor for the Sails. One here / one there.

Wahoo still biting off Ft. Lauderdale by Rick Brady (2/24/2014)
We continue to see good numbers of Wahoo offshore of Ft. Lauderdale on our fishing charters. These fish are as always a welcome addition to the catch, and a half day charter gives us a good shot at them as they are close in. The majority of these fish remain just off the reef line and we are catching most of them right out front within two miles of the inlet.
