The last 8 day son Guntersville has been unreal. Everyday we have been boating from 20-60 fish with most being keepers. Each day we have been boating a few over 5 lbs. Our best 5 had been between 21-34 lbs each day. The fish have moved shallow some are getting ready to spawn, some spawning, and a few postspawn. The best bait has seemed to be a trap in red, gold, and chrome depending on water clarity and cloud cover. The best depths have been 1-5 ft on the flats. I have a few days in April open and fishing is getting better as each day gets warmer.
