Alan Beneroff

Sorry for the late post, been crazy busy.

On Saturday 6/5 NetKeeper Sportfishing hosted the James Deegan Charter. The original plan was to fish the Hi-Mar and go Trophy Striper hunting and liveline. They guys decided they wanted to target the clam fish instead so we fished locally instead of heading South. Hit Romer, North of Romer, Out East to Rockaway and could not get a bass bite going anywhere. Tried chunking some Bunker and only managed blues, skates and dogs. Released one short in Rockaway before deciding to head south of Rockaway into a head sea to hit some snags and go bottom fishing where we ended with some nice Sea Bass and Ling.

Tough day of fishing to swallow after the prior 2 weeks. Nonetheless, the guys fished hard all day and went home with some meat.
