Kabetogama/Namakan Fishing Report 3/26/07

Sloppy ice conditions didn't deter anglers from trying their luck for crappies and pike in Namakan.

The Ash River/Kabetogama Lake area provided some crappie action, but it was over all slow.

Pike and walleye action in Namakan proved to be slow with only a few anglers testing their luck.

Crappie anglers who ventured into Namakan and Sand Point fared better as several anglers reported success throughout the week.

Lake access is now difficult due to ice melt on the shorelines and ice ridges are getting more challenging.

Warm weather has deleted snow from all trails. Time to get your boat in shape.

Have a Great Day!
