Fishing has improved each week since the opener May 9th for White Sturgeon out of Astoria, Oregon on the Columbia River.

Fish fresh from the ocean are taking sandshrimp and anchovies and putting on a great shallow water and light tackle show.

This is a great fishery for all anglers experience levels and perfect for kids just getting hooked on a life long passion of fishing.

The weather is goof in this fishery and rarely do we have cancelations due to weather. it is a fishery you can also fish on your own but make sure you communicate with experts from the area regarding safety, tides, shipping channels and SAND BARS ha.

These fish run from 25-60 pounds and can noly be kept if 41-54 inches long. All fish below and over that slot must be released which makes this such a fun fishery with each anglers fighting 3-6 fish and up a trip.

Perry's Fishing advetnntures books three top guides from the area fishing out of River sleds designed for this area. The trips fish a max. of 6 people per boat and are safe and comfortable fishing platforms.
