may 25 took my son to the north fork of long island to do some giant porgy fishing on my brother pats boat. non stop action on jumbo porgies fishing the middle grounds of peconic bay.fish were taken on squid on a two hook rig.fishing was non stop with lots of fish up to 3 pounds.fluke fishing off of trumans beach was very good. back to business on tuesday for bob, his brother and friends on stellwagen bank. cod action red hot on the mussell banks in 130 feet of water. down on the bank we found large schools of c0d,haddock and wolfish. fish up to 22 pounds with legal limits of cod being caught along with 35 haddock and wolfish. a great trip. capt jim .
