Sabine Lake Fishing has improved with the strong incoming tides and the south winds shrimp are coming in the system. We are fishing birds feeding on shrimp at the end of the high tides and boxing good numbers 17" to 20" speckled trout and redfish to 26" mixed in. My bestbait has been redshade wedge tails 1/4 jigs and 3/8 jigs on stronger tides tipped with fishbites shrimp.I am also drifting over shell in 6ft to 12ft water catching speckled trout and flounder to 5 lbs. The fishing will pick up as the cold front slow down. Good Fishing Capt Randy.(409 7196067)
