The Fraser river near Vancouver British Columbia is open and the salmon fishing is on fire! 25+ million Pink salmon are heading into the river over the next 4 weeks and fishing does not get any faster than this experience. Pink salmon bite easy and fight like heck! We are getting them on light tackle casting jigs or spoons, and fly fishing is a guaranteed way to get loads of hookups. Fish are a bit bigger this year, in the 5-8 lb range and a few 10+ have been taken by our clients recently.
