Fort Myers, Florida - Saltwater Fishing Report
Sanibel Island, Captiva, Pine Island
Greg Hood

Fishing Started out slow.

Blue bird days are always the toughest.

I prefer a chop on the water, or a little cloudy.

Partly Cloudy days are also an improvement.

On the other hand, it sure is nice to be on the water on those Blue bird days.

I decided after trial and error that top water plugs in shallow water grass beds would be the most productive.

Big Seatrout made the day with a couple redfish.

I'll be duing more of this the next month.

See ya on the water!
