Today we fished mostly south of Fowey Rocks. Previous day reports reported a descent Sailfish bite. We started our day at 10:00 AM by loading up on live bait at Bugs Light. Biscayne Bay was flat calm you could see every ripple. It was a flat fishermans type of day. Anyways we stopped at Triumph reef and began our drifts. Not even two minutes into our drift a nice mutton snapper took our bottom bait. We also boated a descent King Mackerel. A strong north current but no sailfish. We decided to finish the afternoon in front of Key Biscayne where we managed another Kingfish and a Reef Shark.
