This is a 1 piece heavy action stand up fishing rod that is great for all bluewater stand up applications. Big Sharks, Tuna, and Billfish; if it swims in the deepwater this rod should be in holders. We designed this rod in a true stand up style. We have incorporated a sensitive tip along with a Stuart Tuff Butt to gain the most lifting power. Large grips allow for easy handling. We spent countless hours trying to make the best rod on the market. We are proud of this rod and hope you are when you purchase it.    Refunds, Returns, Defects, Liability If an item does not arrive in the time period provided above please call our sales office. Any item that arrives in a damaged or open carton must be reported to Har Lee and the shipping company within 24 hours. Any item that arrives defective must be reported to Har Lee within 72 hours. Any shortages must be reported to Har Lee within 24 hours. After 7 days of receipt of item Har Lee considers all sales final Each manufacturer carries a warranty on their products. Items must be returned to them for warranty repair or replacement. Items over the warranty period cannot be returned to either Har Lee or the manufacturer. All non-defective returns are either given a full store credit (less S&H) or a refund less re-stocking fee(s) of up to 15%. Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item. Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct address.
