This item will be shipped Parcel Post.  This item is very heavy and will weigh just under 10 lbs for shipping.  So, the cost will be a little higher.

We use calculated shipping and charge no handling fee, so the shipping cost will be as low as it can be for the weight of this item.  We make no money on shipping & handling.

We only accept payment via PayPal. Payments are due within 3 days of winning the auction. If you are bidding on more than one auction, that ends within 2-3 days of each other, and you would like for us to combine shipping, please contact us. If you should win multiple items, then we will issue you a combined invoice. Please wait to pay until you receive this invoice. Once a payment is made for a single auction, it can not be combined with another item. 

Shipping & Handling

All of our items are inspected prior to listing.   I will try to describe the exact condition of each item when listing, so you will know what to expect upon receipt. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please email us before bidding.  We can include additional pics, if necessary.

Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and packing peanuts, styrofoam or paper to help ensure a safe delivery.  We can not control what the shipping companies do with the packages once they leave our facility.   We do everything possible to prevent problems from happening, but we all know at times regardless on how well an item is packaged,  that "stuff" can happen. 

We use Calculated Shipping Costs on all items, so the cost will be calculated to your shipping address.  We ship using USPS, unless the item demands another method.  We have no control over what a shipping company charges to ship an item of a particular weight.  We package all items in the best possible way to keep your item safe as well as keeping the weight down, thus keeping the shipping cost to you as low as possible.  I will use Priority Mail, not Parcel Post, for all glassware.  This is to get the safest possible delivery to you.  We are noticing some issues with Ebay shipping calculations, so if there are any questions, please contact us.

We normally ship the day following when the payment is received and cleared.  Payments cleared on Saturday will ship Monday morning.  We do not ship on Holidays.

Most of all my items are purchased from outside sources therefore no past history as far as coming from a smoke/pet free environment is known.  However, we do attempt to clean and ship out every item in the best possible condition.

Most Photos are of the actual item you will be receiving.  Stock photos are only used when an item is new in a box and would require unpacking and assembly to photograph.

We only ship within the US.  NO International shipping at this time. 

There may be an additional shipping surcharge for HI, AK and PR

Returns

We can accept No returns at this time. However, we will try to describe each item exactly, so there should be no reason to return the item based on condition, or the item was not what you thought it was. If there is a problem with an item that you receive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to solve the problem in a timely manner.   Please contact us and attempt to resolve an issue before leaving negative or neutral feedback.
