Refunds/Exchanges

Before sending back an item for a refund or exchange, you must contact us and request an item return form. This item comes directly from a reputable wholesale distributor. This is new, never opened merchandise that comes with the original manufacturers warranty. Items MUST be unopened in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Returns on working items are accepted within 7 days after receipt of an item with a 20% restocking fee.

If you receive an item that is DOA or otherwise defective, you must notify us within 48 hours after receiving your item and we will gladly issue an exchange for the item. If we are out of stock, a refund will be issued.

If a refund is issued for any reason, the amount of the refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. We DO NOT refund shipping.

We DO NOT refund return shipping. Returning an item for a refund or exchange is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Just as a store would not reimburse for gas money if you returned an item, we do not reimburse the shipping.
