We offer a discount on each item AFTER the first item.  USA buyers using the FREE SHIPPING option will receive a refund for each item AFTER the first item after payment is made.  Ebay issues discounts from S&H funds charged. Since we do not charge any S&H, then ebay cannot issue a discount.

 

USA Shipping and Handling Fees:

We offer Free Shipping for products shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  We also offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail at additional cost.  Delivery Confirmation data is furnished with all shipments via email.

 

International Shipping and Handling Fees:

We will ship worldwide to all countries using USPS International First Class Mail and USPS International Priority Mail.  We use USPS to eliminate surprise handling, surcharges and delivery charges charged by DHL, UPS and Fed-X.  Tracking information is only available if there is a rectifications agreement with the US Postal Service and the buyers? country.

 

International VAT Charges: 

The buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees charged by the buyer?s countries Customs Department or Government.  We are very experienced international shippers and have only received one complaint about buyers having to pay VAT.  This was our fault since we omitted the decimal point in the value $7.98 and we paid the VAT.

 

Postage Insurance:

We include insurance at no additional cost and use a third party insurance company.

 

Packaging Times:

We stock all items offered ? we are not a drop shipper.  We ship twice a day Monday through Friday and once on Saturday.  We do not ship on Sunday and USA Postal Holidays since the US Postal Offices are closed.
