Todays Trip was with Lee from Fishermans Paradise and his buddy Dave and they were in a Striper slot limit tournment. They guys started out at 3 am and the conditions were very bad. Very thick fod and a stiff ESE wind. We were looking for Fat fish today.First stop was in the harbor. The action was slow but Dave put 3 fish into the boat. They were not the fish we were looking for so they went back into the water. Now it was time to run east. IT was a long run in the fog but there were fish there. We pick up 2 more there and a few blues. We did hit a slot fish. 341/2 18.94lbs. Hit a couple of more spots on the way in but only blues to show for it.
