Just when you think you know where the fish are the little suckers move.

Today was the first time this season I could not find the Bass.

I had a 1 man trip and 50 bunker. We left the dock at 4:30 and were fishing under the best conditions possable by 4:45. The hot spot from yesterday wasnt productive at all. I started heading east hitting spot after spot and keeping in contact with other boats the whole time. No Fish. Finally with an hour left in the charter I run to the New haven walls and finally put a keeper in the boat.

A couple hours later I run out for blackfish with Christi and Cathy. I figured It was a waste of time but limited out in an hour. the Fish were from 4-9 lbs.

Now its time to start scouting for the stripers again.
