Fast fishing charter boat goes full speed at the rocks Must have a LOT of horsepower to make this rocky approach out of the pounding Oregon surf into the 'World's Smallest Harbor', Depoe Bay, Oregon. The skipper waffled and backed up on the first approach, then made this successful run. Would've been worth their affordable charter fee just to take this ride!
