Fishing Trip and catching a Seagull I went to Old Orchard Beach Maine this summer (2006).The Guys took a day to go on a fishing trip in the ocean . This is towards the end of our 4 hour trip. I haven't caught a fish big enough to keep at this point. I was a bit frustrated because the seagulls kept swooping down and taking my bait.Until.. One of them got more than the bait . FUN DRUNK IN OLD ORCHARD BEACH ME. 2008 So....we're playing a weekend at one of our favorites clubs in Old Orchard Beach ME. Saturday morning after the show from the previous night, I go outside the hotel around 8:30am & see this guy drinking. The afternoon rolls around & I see this guy still drinking & stumbling around. He's in a room above us. He starts having a fight with his wife & called her all sorts of not so nice names. Finally, he falls out of his chair & then we end up meeting him. Heading for shore - Old Orchard Beach, ME Eliza and I paddled nearly 5 miles (according to my GPS unit) - starting from a boat launch at Camp Ellis (a few miles south of Old Orchard Beach, Maine). From the calm shelter of the harbor, we made our way to Wood Island, picnicked and then headed across the bay - to the beach just south of Life Guard Station #5 and The Waves motel.
