Over the next few days expect to see the water flow in the SALMON RIVER and area Tribs increase due to the warm weather we are having at this time. This is good news because with an increase in flow in the rivers that will get the fresh steelhead moving up into the river

Bank fishing will be a little tougher but the drift boat fishing will be the way to go. With the boat we will be able to access parts of the river that are inaccessable from the bank.

Many fresh winter run steelhead will enter the rivers over the next few days. This will increase your chances of catching a steelhead. We can float the river using many techniqyes to catch these hard fighting fish. Egg sacs in blue, pink, and white are working good right now.The pink berkley worm is working as well.

Most of the usual winter spots will hold fish but look in the fast water for some fresh fish.
