Fishing Report June 21, 09

We are pleased to announce our 5th place win for biggest Mahi at the Kiwanis Homested Dolphin Days Tournament. We placed 5th out of approximately 100 boats. The bite conitinues to happen inside 1000 feet. Most fish are being caught under debris such as floating logs or sargassum. Just have to keep your eyes opened. Night time fishing continues to be productive for Yellowtail, Mutton, and Mangorve Snapper. Speaking of Mangrove Snappers it seems that their yearly spawn is starting on the reefs. The bite should progressively get better as the month of July moves in Congratulations goes out again to our anglers Wilbert, Courtney, and Christian Ramirez for an overall great job on the Tournament!
