Wild Cat Shoals to Cotter
In about 3-weeks the area below Bullshoals dam will reopen and with the colder temps the Shad Kill should be close to being on!! I fished WC to Cotter the other day on 3-units of water, the fishing was excellent. I immediatley hooked up on a nicely colored Rainbow that went about 18 inches. I started with a #14 Black stinnetti midge. After slowing down I went to my 7 wt B2x Winston my streamer rod which I had rigged with a #6 olive Leg Spreader with a #6 Platte River Spider, wham! we killed them on the spider as well as the LS. I caught about 25 fish and one nice 18" brown.
Now is the time to hook up with your favorite guide and fish the White River, you won't be dissapointed.
