Winter chinook fishing has been consistent over the last few weeks. Fish have been hitting spoons and bait.
We are now booking overnight packages to Gabriola Island! The package includes 2, 10 hour days of fully guided salmon fishing and 1 night accomodation at your own private cabin. This is one of the most convenient and affordable salmon fishing packages on the BC coast. The fishing trip begins at our dock location in downtown Vancouver at the Westin Bayshore. Leaving the city behind we run 26 miles across the Strait of Georgia to the the Gulf Islands in one of our Grady White's or our 38 foot Uniflite. If the fishing is good along the way we will be sure to stop. In the summer months there is quite often some fantastic fishing off the Fraser River Mouth and we will often stop to ake advantage of it during the trip. The Gulf Islands, Gabriola Island in particular is reknowned for having some of the most consistent chinook salmon fishing in Georgia Strait from April to September. There is also opportunity for ling cod, rock cod, dungeness crabs and spot prawns at certain times of the year. Give us a call or an email for more info!
