[Pine Island Sound] Our weather in southwest Florida around Pine Island continues to search for its consistent summer pattern. A low pressure system brought all day rains for the holiday weekend and now we are on a high with thunderstorms few and far between. It's all good though as the rainy days brought down the high water temperatures and now we are experiencing beautiful weather to take advantage of it.

[Shell Beach] It seems like Brian has a knack for bringing the wind with him when he comes to town and Monday was no exception. We started out to where I have been on a good Trout bite, but about half way there conditions ruled that out. From the looks of things it looked like a Redfish kind of day and the guys put a hurt on them.
