Details:The SFE Fishing Kite is an all wind fishing kite used in offshore sport fishing. The kite is great for suspending baits such as Goggle Eyes on the surface for predators like sailfish, dolphin, tuna, kingfish, and much more. The kite is ready for 5 to 25mph winds and can be rigged with a helium balloon in lighter winds. The frame is composite. |

I like the fact that it flies in all types of wind. I generally am not out there in heavy winds, but when the wind is absolutely dead, we through a helium balloon on its back and it flies perfect all the time. The only thing I don't like is that the bars are not tied in, so it is easy to drop them and/or lose them like I have done already. But with this design, i supppose they cannot really be tied onto like the bob lewis ones are. Rating: SR. Ive caught all kinds of fish from Dolphin to large sails and smoker kinds to cuda roaming the shallow reefs.
