Barrel Bustin Action!!!!

Woke up this morning and the front still hadn't made it down to the Delta yet. In fact it was still around Houma. Decided we would try and make it happen and if the rain caught us pull into one of the oil facilities.

First stop couldn't have been ANY better. Got right on the fish and busted them hard. Redfish out of the right side, trout out of the left. By 9:45 am we had a limit of both trout and reds. Nothing real big, in fact what I would call "schoolies". But my guys were MORE THAN HAPPY and we headed north to try and beat the weather. Hit some light rain in the river but overall it wasn't too bad.

Pulled all the fish out of the big CHAMPION fish box and loaded them into my "barrel" to bring to the fish cleaning table. As I was throwing them on the table the bottom of the barrel busted and sent fish all over the ground. I guess we just caught too much! Really fun day with some fun guys.

I cant Guarantee that we'll bust the bottom out of the barrel, but I will work real hard to mark sure you get a REEL SHOT at the fishing trip of a lifetime.
