Lake Carters Stripers Are Biting by Robert Eidson (4/14/2007)
The stripers are starting to come back down out of the river. And are feeding on top. The best action is early in the morning and lake in the afternoon. These fish will eat a red fin better then anything. When they are schooling on top. Mid day try using shad on down lines on the main lake humps.
