Central FL Redfish and trout fishing by Capt. Steve Niemoeller,CFLfishing.com
<p>I started out Sunday morning by picking Jason and Dave up and heading to first fishing spot they were down from PA. and were glad to be out of the cold and were wanting to catch trout and Redfish.
The first few minutes after we stopped and started throwing topwater plugs the fish were blowing up on them but would not hook up so with the help of my PowerPole on back and my Stickit anchor pin on bow of boat I stopped and set still and a minute later Jason was hooked up with a keeper Trout then a Jack Craville 2 casts later.
After cathing a couple Ladyfish there we pulled up the Stickit Anchor pin and Powerpole and trolled to another spot to try . After stopping the boat with the PowerPole and Stickit anchor pin
they proceeded to catch Bluefish ,numbers of Ladyfish and Jacks and small trout(no more Keepers).
I decided to run down to east channel and try for Redfish, after stopping twice and having no takers I came back up Shotgun for one last try before the half day was over. and it was there Dave had a nice keeper redfish on shrimp.
