With the nice warm weather we have had at the beginning of December has kept the bite pretty strong in the Tarpon Springs, FL area.

Right before each cold front that pushes through the fish have been very active in their feeding. Snook and Redfish have been the main stars lately until the water temperatures take a strong dip. Once the water temperature drops below 65 degrees, the Snook will head up river to find the warmer waters and the trout will invade the flats and bays.

Slow trolling deep diving lures for Snook when the water temps drop is as fun as it gets!
