I've been catching plenty of nice specks, a few reds, a number of flounder and stripers, bass, perch and shad. The water is warm and fishing has been in the creeks and the Neuse and Trent Rivers. The area is fishing much more like mid March than mid February but look for this great fishing to continue right through March and into April.
