The last couple days fishing off fort lauderdale have been average to better than than average.

We have been targeting fish using live and dead bait by both using kites and slow trolling. The best depth has been anywhere from 100 to 200 feet offshore in deep sea waters.

Our charter boat is fully equipped with all light and heavy tackle depending on the species.

There are about 40 wrecks in the fort lauderdale area that we can fish, mostly catching Amberjack and Grouper.

Additionally trolling inshore for King Mackerel and Bonito.

The best method of bait to use are sea witches, ballyhoo, squids chains and silver spoons. To book a fishing charter contact the charter boat happy day today or the website at www.topshotfishing.com to discuss rates and fish catch.
