Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 4/10/21
The first time this year we have had some consistent weather and I can say that the fish have moved up in big numbers, the shallows are seeing 70 plus degree water temp and the 10 ft. depth is in the 60’s pushing the fish up and acting like spring! When this occurs, it appears to be on, and the benefits were seen from about Wednesday on this past week.
Baits were pretty simple as most of our fish are being caught on plastics Missile bait D-Bombs, Missile 48 stick baits, Tight Line football jigs and tight-Line Swim jigs. We are also seeing early morning activity on Picasso Buzz baits and SPRO frogs. The bass are in bunches when you find one you have probably located a good size school and you should hang on that spot for a while.
