Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 8/21/21
The month of August has not disappointed as there has been some consistency and some great times for the hottest month of the year. It’s certainly still about summer fishing but I have seen much worse summer August months before. You must find the right kind of grass and when you do you can have a good time on the water.
We are still much about a few baits with Missile Bait “48” stick baits, big worms, Tight Line swim jigs, Picasso under spins and the SPRO frog. We have been concentrating on 8 to 12 ft. of water, looking for bait balls on our Lowrance units and being patient and precise with our casts.
