Hot water Dolphin fishing
<p>Had an inshore charter Thursday the 17th. Fished down the beach to Seridan looking Spanish. Actually did beter than I thought we would with the water so warm. Picked up 32 Spanish and about twice that many blues. Had some nice Spanish in the bunch. Went offshore Friday and Saturday. The fishing reminded me of fishing in late July. Water at 90 foot drop was 84-85 degrees! Fished all the way out to SW corner with no bites in deep water. All the fish were caught around 14 in 81-82 degree water. Caught 20+ dolphin each day. Most were bailers with a few gaffers mixed in. Need it to cool down some but that is not in the forcast.
