I had the pleasure of fishing with a good friend of mine this week.It had been a while since we had been fishing together,so I was looking forward to it.We left the marina @ 9AM Wednesday, and started fishing the first outgoing tide.We pulled up to the first drop and noticed the birds working the baitfish,so we dropped anchor. Before long we noticed the Redfish "tailing" in the grass. We hooked up the first fish shortly after the water started falling. We continued to catch Redfish for about an hour, releasing 3 over 27 inches, and boating 7 fish 16-23 inches. The fish were taking the live shrimp over the soft plastics.
