Sunday, June 3rd

Mark Dellert who fished aboard RELENTLESS with his friends from CT and MA were on board on Sunday, June 3rd. Departing the dock early we headed east of Stellwagen Bank for a day of cod and haddock fishing. Once we arrived at a piece of bottom we thought might produce, the guys dropped the jigs and clams and were met by bent poles right away. Once they reeled in you could see the siver sided haddock and a nice wolf fish come over the rail. Throughout the day and not a single move this group managed to land plenty of large haddock, some cod and a nice wolffish. At times doubles were landed and the dogfish were not too bad of a problem. By the end of the day, Mark and his group stated they inted to book a combination groundfishing and school tuna trip this August.

I wish we had the same type of fishing the day before for Stewart and his party but every day is different on the ocean. All we can do is to keep moving until we find the quanity and quality of fish we are targeting.

Once again we have available dates for shared charters on Friday, June 8th and we want to also fill Sunday, June 10th along with several other excellent dates. If you are interested in coming aboartd for either a private or shared charter please give us a call or send us an e-mail while the fishing is still excellent.
