This past weekend there was an all woman's tournament called the LOTB tournament here in Matagorda. In this tournament only the women can fish and the men can only drive the boat and help out with out touching a rod all day. The team that was on my boat was called Team Lady Fish'N Addiction and there was 4 of them(Jan,Tina,Shana & Faye). The day started out a little slow on the catching part till 2 of the 4 decided they needed to get out and wade for the fish. Jan and Tina put their wading gear on and got after it. They caught 14 of the 17 Trout that they would end up with. Since we was running out of time and only had about 15 minuted to put a red in the boat, we made a move to another spot where Tina hooked up with a nice red. We loaded up and headed to the weigh in. Team Lady Fish'N Addiction may have not placed but they gave it their all and I am proud of them. We talked to lots of other teams and by what they said is that we did very well in numbers. To bad they did not have a trophy for the most or they would have won it. Till next time take care out on the water and be safe out there.
